Michael Pattinson, a practitioner of yoga for many years and more recently a teacher, has travelled extensively in the east where he became interested in the art and plight of the people of India, Nepal and Tibet. He now has a business selling fair trade products to these with an interest in eastern art and Yoga. He has also made a yoga video with a full 2 Hour program for these who want to practice at home by themselves or with friends.
